RADFORD PIANO SERVICES, INC. REFUND/REPLACEMENT/RETURN POLICY

General Information
Once you place an order with Radford Piano Services, Inc, you cannot make changes prior to delivery. Radford Piano Services, Inc. cannot fill rush deliveries.

Radford Piano Services, Inc. does not refund original shipping charges or reimburse the cost to return items except for items sent in error to the consumer by Radford Piano Services, Inc. (see “Return Policy for Refund or Replacement” below).

Refund Policy
Radford Piano Services, Inc. does not offer refunds for any merchandise except when Radford Piano Services, Inc. has shipped that merchandise in error or has shipped the incorrect merchandise. A refund will be granted only if the merchandise shipped in error is returned to Radford Piano Services, Inc. in its original delivery condition (i.e., the merchandise has not been tampered with, is not damaged and the reason for returning the merchandise is due solely to Radford Piano Services, Inc.’s error).

Replacement of Damaged Products
Radford Piano Services, Inc. will replace any products that have been received by the consumer in a damaged condition. Products will be replaced only if they are returned in accordance with the procedures set out in “Return Policy For Refund or Replacement” below. Radford Piano Services, Inc. may refuse to replace products if, upon return to Radford Piano Services, Inc., it appears that any product damage may be the result of improper packaging by the consumer and/or improper handling by the consumer. The replacement order will be sent via U.S. mail. Original payment for returned Items will be credited to any new order. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed. Please allow five to ten business days for receipt and processing of your exchange.

Return Policy for Refund or Replacement
Products must be returned for refund or replacement to the following address:

All return packages must be postmarked within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date of the products. Radford Piano Services, Inc. will not replace or refund products that are received by Radford Piano Services, Inc. later than the stipulated time frame. Only shipping charges for returning merchandise sent in error by Radford Piano Services, Inc. will be reimbursed and only to the extent of the cost of first class postage or, with paid receipt, the cost of an alternate carrier, whichever is less.
